Yeah. Life is pretty great.
Additionally, tonight for dinner, I ate Squid Ink Risotto, with Tuna Confit and Oven-roasted Tomatoes, followed by Pork Belly, served with Goat Cheese Polenta and Apple Butter Demi. Never before have I eaten food so good that I was nearly moved to tears, but this dish almost had my crying. It was heavenly.
